Vince Stivala became a major shareholder and was handed the reins of General Manager after the retirement of A&N Design’s founders, who he had worked with closely for 25 years. With a Diploma and Advanced Diploma of Architectural Technology, and experience across the residential, commercial and industrial sectors of the building market, Vince is well placed to deliver strategic direction and growth for the business. His focus is building on the original foundations and promises of quality, buildability and efficiency. Vince aims to ensure complete client satisfaction through the delivery of excellent service that meets and exceeds the expectations of our vast clientele. When not at work, Vince is spending time with his wife and children, racing them around to various activities. He’s also a diehard soccer fan.

Domenic Tripodi

With over 15 years experience in the industry, Domenic has honed his design skills and is adept at using a range of programs across all forms of media. However, it is his deep knowledge of the industry combined with his interpersonal skills that has seen him develop into a formidable leader. Not only has he created a strong team around him, but his patience and ability to relay complex information to clients in an easy to understand manner sets him apart. Domenic enjoys creating great work, meeting a client’s brief or providing them fresh ideas, and loves the thrill of beating deadlines.  When he’s not drawing and designing, Domenic loves spending time with his family. He’s an avid sports fan, and enjoys barbequing, as well as cooking on a spit or in a wood fire oven.

John Gerardis 

John is the son of one of the founding members of the company so he has an intricate understanding of how the business began and grew to be what it is today. With 15 years of industry experience across residential, commercial and industrial design projects, he loves nothing more than to see a design move from a concept on the page to a real life building. John is a good communicator and team leader. When not designing, he loves spending time with his family. He also a sports lover, following both the NRL and soccer.

Dean Calabrese

Dean has over 15 years experience across a number of disciplines including residential, commercial and industrial projects. This is backed by a completed Diploma and Advanced Diploma of Architectural Technology, as well as a Bachelor of Design (Architecture) and Masters of Architecture. Both loyal and likeable, he’s an integral part of the camaraderie in the office. Dean appreciates all aspects of design and the diversity of projects undertaken, from the micro (how a family will enjoy a space) to the macro (integrated housing projects and large-scale commercial/industrial projects). With fond memories and a strong connection to the local area, it is now where he loves spending time with his family. Outside of work, Dean loves his music and follows a range of sports including football and rugby league.

David Bazouni

David has over 10 years of experience in residential design and construction. In particular, he has in-depth knowledge of The Housing Code, Council Development Control Plans (DCP) and Local Environmental Plans (LEP). This places him in a unique position to oversee and guide projects. David is ambitious, patient and committed making him a great mentor to younger staff members. He is also an accomplished speaker able to present on design topics. He is guided by the motto “Amat Victoria Curam” (Success favours those who take pains). When not working, David enjoys spending time with family and friends. He can also be found watching a variety of sports including NRL, soccer and the NBA.

Albert Geronimo

Albert has been with A&N Design for over a decade. Albert is in charge of quality control, ensuring all projects and designs are delivered to a high standard, on budget and on time. Albert’s ability to multitask and his patience with people see him building strong relationships with colleagues and clients. He hopes to be a positive and influentioal mentor to young staff, as he imparts the wisdom and skills he has gained throughout his career. His ability to think outside the square also allows him to problem solve and come up with innovative solutions.

Anne Renshaw

With over 20 years of experience, Anne Renshaw specialises in Town Planning, Project Management and Contracts Administration. Anne’s qualifications in Town Planning address compliance with building works, environmental impacts, and relevant legislation. Additionally, her vast Project Management and Contracts Administration experience enables her to help her clients ensure their projects are delivered within the specified time, scope, budget, and ensure the project and contract is managed seamlessly to reduce disputes and risks. Anne also holds credentials in preparing, implementing, monitoring and auditing Quality Management Systems. This ensures the integrity of data collected and the quality of services offered. When not working, Anne enjoys spending time with family and friends.
